As we are not a bank, bank facilities are kept available to meet clients cash flow needs.
Personal guarantees are not normally required from your Directors or Shareholders.
We do not normally require security in the form of charges over property or other assets.
Surety Bond Criteria
Established companies with a three year track record who can demonstrate appropriate financial resources and management expertise to undertake their contractual obligations.
Consideration given to MBO’s. Services can be provided on an ongoing facility basis or a specific contract
